You'll always find a smile, laughter, a good chat or a proper moment of calm and peace. I chose this place 4 years ago (or probably even longer) and I would never change it! Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

Absolutely wonderful salon, Nisha was brilliant! I felt like I was with a friend, she made me feel very comfortable. I travelled 5 hours for c02 laser treatment after reading loads of reviews and researching different salons. I won't hesitate to come back for my next! I was able to have the treatment at my own pace and felt fully cared for. I really cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you for taking care of me. I cant wait to see the results over the next few weeks!

Felt completely comfortable and informed the whole time. I had the treat of having both Raisah and Nasira at my session for skin needling with skin pen where they really made sure they understood my skin and my skin goals. They explained everything about the procedure and made sure I was fully informed before and throughout every stage including the after care. I actually enjoyed the lie down and excitement about the future improvements to my skin and things that I have been growingly self-conscious about. Amazing service, thanks so much for a lovely session and can’t wait for the results!

Chiara is absolutely fantastic and very professional. Her friendly and informative approach has put me at ease instantly. I’ve visited for micro-needling and the difference is amazing, my skin looks so much fresher and smoother. 100% recommend.

I have visited Classic Beauty London for the first time and couldn’t recommend Alex enough! I’ve had a laser hair removal and I had an amazing experience. Alex is very thorough, friendly and professional. I’ll be back in 4 weeks for my second session.

My first time getting polynucleotides, and as someone that is quite squeamish with anything to do with needles Raisah made me feel so comfortable throughout, I’m now not at all concerned for the next session and am really excited to see the results!! Amazing service and Raisah couldn’t have been more friendly and professional.

Chiara is among the top two beauticians I have ever dealt with! She is a professional and you can tell so by the way she carries out treatments. Chiara has given me honest and sound advice on the treatment I was going to have and my suitability for it (tear trough). She gave me enough information for me to decide whether to go ahead with it. Besides, Chiara went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process - unfortunately I am scared of needles lol! I definitely recommend her and will surely be coming back for another treatment 🥰

Nishma is great, she listens and advises and is an expert practitioner

From day one, when I went to her for a consultation, she immediately reassured me and explained each treatment in the best possible way. I had lip filler and microneedling and got excellent results from both treatments. I recommend Chiara 100%, not only good and kind but super professional. Excellent service; has my eyebrows ‘bladed’ - looks amazing! The saloon have a wide range of treatments that are not advertised; so call and ask if they offer treatments you are looking for. I am going to try a collagen hair treatment; which is better than keratin. I will review this once I’ve had it … but I’m excited!
