The treatment was gentle, professional, and the clinic was very clean and relaxing. My skin already feels refreshed and glowing, and I can’t wait to see the full results over the next few weeks. Extremely informative of the process including pre and post care. Very calming nature when actually having the micro blading done. Patient with the mapping process as I had one eyebrow higher than the other! All in all a consummate professional. Very pleased with the results both on the day and now a week later. I’ve been visiting Lucy for the past 4 years (2 years apart each time) every time I’ve had my eyebrows done Lucy has always made me feel so comfortable and made the process super easy. I absolutely love my brows, and enjoy not having to draw them on every morning. Lucy is so professional at what she does, an incredibly person, as well as very talented. I had the Derma Pen facial with Joules. I felt very welcome and relaxed. Joules let me choose the pressure in which the pen moved over my face. Not to much soreness today. Hopefully see results in day or two 😊

I had my first lip filler today and I was so scared but it was no where near as bad as everyone made out. I think that was largely down to the care Georgia took and the fact she calmed me well beforehand. I would highly recommend her and will be going back for regular top ups as she is amazing at what she does.
