Extremely informative of the process including pre and post care. Very calming nature when actually having the micro blading done. Patient with the mapping process as I had one eyebrow higher than the other! All in all a consummate professional. Very pleased with the results both on the day and now a week later. I’ve been visiting Lucy for the past 4 years (2 years apart each time) every time I’ve had my eyebrows done Lucy has always made me feel so comfortable and made the process super easy. Lucy is so friendly and welcoming . I had my to up of my eyebrow yesterday. She took the time to ask if I had been happy with them when she did them for the first time last year. It was totally pain free, a vast difference the pain I experienced when I have them micro bladed elsewhere. They look so natural, again compared to my previous experience when my browns looked like caterpillars for 2 weeks, Lucy is so knowledgeable. Thanks Lucy for my great brows. Would definitely recommend her.
