Patient with the mapping process as I had one eyebrow higher than the other! All in all a consummate professional. Very pleased with the results both on the day and now a week later. Really good experience with Yvette. She was welcoming, experienced, and clearly knows what she’s doing. The RF treatment was done carefully and professionally, and my skin calmed down very fast afterwards. Everything was explained clearly and I felt comfortable throughout. Just had my 6 week top-up and absoutely love what Lucy has done with my eyebrows! Well defined, and beautifully shaped but still very natural looking. Lucy is very easy to chat to, explains everything and ensures you’re happy with what she’s one. She was very happy to answer all my questions online before even meeting me. Had micro needling treatment today with Isabel. Isabel was very kind & professional, explaining the treatment benefits, procedure and what to expect afterwards. I felt very comfortable and left with instructions on how to care for my skin. My face already looks glowy, will be re-booking.

I had the Derma Pen facial with Joules. I felt very welcome and relaxed. Joules let me choose the pressure in which the pen moved over my face. Not to much soreness today. Hopefully see results in day or two 😊
