Just had my first Carboxy facial, Lois explained the whole process and what to expect during the facial. It was all very relaxing! I couldn't believe how amazing my skin looked and felt after. It looked plumper and firmer and my fine lines already looked finer. I was that happy I've booked another appointment to have it again in a few weeks

Kay was great with my daughter who was nervous about having her ears pierced. Thanks for taking the time to explain things to us and making sure she was comfortable having her ears pierced with a needle instead of a gun due to the thickness of her earlobes. Ruby loves her new piercings and is a very happy girl.

Kate clearly explained what to expect during and after the treatment and she ensured the treatment was relaxing - even though it did involve needles. The treatment room and Wellness are beautiful and tranquil . I have already booked my next treatment . Thank you Kate.

I’ve just had my first microneedling treatment and honestly — I’m amazed! The whole experience was so professional . My skin already feels smoother, tighter, and has that fresh glow I’ve been missing. I was a bit nervous beforehand, but it was far more comfortable than I expected The therapist explained everything clearly, checked in throughout, and made me feel completely at ease. My face feels rejuvenated, and I can’t wait to see how it looks over the next few weeks as the collagen kicks in. Would definitely recommend

Omg it was my first time getting waxed and I felt so welcomed. Maria made it a relaxed and comfortable space where I could feel free to say if I wanted her to stop and continue.
