Really happy with the procedure. Kaliyah was so good explaining what she was doing and checked if I was comfortable with what she did. She was lovely to chat to and it took my mind off what was happening. Really would recommend her work.

Omg it was my first time getting waxed and I felt so welcomed. Maria made it a relaxed and comfortable space where I could feel free to say if I wanted her to stop and continue. She always checked if I was okay and gave reassurance. Lovely women in the facility and time flew by quickly. Extremely happy with the service and now I feel wonderful! Thank you so much

Absolutely loved getting a hydrafacial with Kate. She is highly knowledgeable, very kind and made me feel so comfortable. Kate did an amazing job really tailoring the treatment to my areas of concern - my skin is absolutely glowing now and feels so hydrated! The treatment room was super relaxing and cosy. I look forward to continuing my skin journey with Kate and learning lots more about it too!

Always a lovely experience! Norah is very skilled and gives great advice about skin care routines, and information about any tools or products used during an appointment. The Bespoke facial is great and very relaxing. Currently having a course of Microneedling sessions 2/6.

I had microneedling done by Alex and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Alex was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which instantly put me at ease. I’ve just had my first microneedling treatment and honestly — I’m amazed! The whole experience was so professional . My skin already feels smoother, tighter, and has that fresh glow I’ve been missing. I was a bit nervous beforehand, but it was far more comfortable than I expected The therapist explained everything clearly, checked in throughout, and made me feel completely at ease.
