I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.

Today I visited the cupping clinic and had a very good experience. Saema was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, which made me feel comfortable throughout the session. She also has excellent knowledge of IV drips and explained everything very clearly. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this clinic.

Had the most amazing facial and microneedling treatment, from start to finish Donna made me feel so relaxed and educated me on the products and the treatments I was having done, I absolutely loved this as I always like to know what I am putting on and into my skin.
