I’m finally back at the clinic following the birth of my baby and can’t wait for a mama glow up! I’ve just had the skin pen microneedling treatment and booked another couple of sessions of this to mainly work on my acne scarring and overall tone/ brightness. Lauren is very detailed at explaining the treatment and has great knowledge of how it works and its benefits. The treatment sounds very invasive and a bit daunting to be honest but it’s actually very pleasant and Lauren makes you feel at ease. I can’t wait to come back for my next skinpen! Thank you🙏🏻

I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.

She was so attentive during the consultation, really took the time to listen to my concerns and make recommendations for what was best for my face. I'm so grateful to have found a practitioner who is on my skincare wavelength! Rachel is so knowledgeable and caring for my skin type (dramatically sensitive, dry, eczema prone AND aging - lucky me!) I've recently started microneedling and really appreciate that Rachel focuses on getting results without over doing things. From both sessions so far, I've left feeling properly cleansed and hydrated, and have already noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin. I also love that she explains how to properly maintain your skin between sessions and doesn't push for any skincare gimmicks ❤️❤️

First visit to the salon and was pleasantly surprised as I was vey nervous and felt out of place but Charlene & her mum made me feel at ease and I was thrilled with micro blading experience!? Love my new eyebrows. Was made to feel welcomed and comfortable and she was easy talk too, will be going back for other treatments and would highly recommend.
