First visit to madhatters, I have to say that the experience was nothing short of faultless, I’ve always had very short hair and I like a particular look, to say Amy really listened and understood what I was asking for is an understatement, it’s been a very long time since I’ve left hair appointment feeling like I’ve had value for money and that the stylist actually cared about the finished product, thankyou !!!!!! I will look no further, I have at last found my person 🥰

I’m very socially awkward and having a bit of a mental tough time so was super anxious at going somewhere new. I had a lovely experience with Chloe and Jess who were friendly, welcoming and really made me feel at ease. I was prepared to have to have a full Britney 2007 moment with the poor condition of my over-bleached/ pink hair, but Chloe gave me a lovely cut and made me feel better about the whole thing. I’ve had so many compliments on it already! Thank you both.

Brilliant experience! Fantastic salon. Great welcome. Ellie did a wonderful job in listening to my requirements and she came up with great recommendations and suggestions. Such a challenge having fine hair that takes forever to grow and style options are limited. Great cut and blow dry and was just what I needed to give me a new style. Love my new hair. Best test of a haircut is then next day when you’ve washed it and you’re styling your hair on your own 😊 looked just as good. Thank you Ellie…just wished my hair grew quicker so the next visit would be sooner!

Atlanta was so lovely, listened to all my concerns and answered any questions I had (and there was many) very excited for my extensions. Thank you for a great consultation!

Straight from walking in, I was greeted with a smile which made me feel so comfortable. Normally I am nervous about a new hairdresser but Aimee really calmed my nerves and made me feel so relaxed. The products she used smelled beautiful and really transformed my hair. She spent her time focusing on the curls in my hair and also having a great conversation! From starting in January, her improvement is spectacular. I will 100% be going back, and appreciate a stylist in this day and age that focuses on quality over quantity. Please think about going to Aimee over other places, you won’t regret it
