Love Rach - she's so knowledgeable and experienced. I love how she gives advice about best / future treatments without feeling like I'm being pushed to spend more money. I like that I can ask questions about what's doing so I feel like I'm also being educated about my skin and best practice. Rach is super friendly and chatty - yet always professional. She is my one-and-only go-to for facials.

Beautiful relaxing experience. Went for a skin consultation and luxury facial. The skin consultant was great to discuss how my skin is currently and what I’d like support with. Kim was really knowledgeable around products which could help and a general skin care routine. She is happy to suggest products to fit any budget. The luxury facial was so relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterwards. The environment was very calming and smelt amazing. Can’t wait to return.
