Absolutely superb salon experience! Jessica was incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly making me feel at ease. She took the time to truly understand what I wanted, thoughtfully discussing different options to make sure we were on the same page. The salon itself is beautiful, the products are top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier with my new hair. I highly recommend Jessica — she’s fantastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jess and Ruby always make my day.. not just with the talent they have for giving you confidence by crafting beautiful hairstyles/colour etc; but in the way they know exactly what you need to really highlight and accentuate your whole style. I go in with an idea of what I want but come out with something I would not have thought of which is even better. Having trust in your stylists is crucial and I couldn’t have found two better than in Jess and Ruby xxx

I just want to say what an amazing salon this is! Last time I was in Jess coloured my hair but this time Ruby did my gloss treatment and blow dry and I can honestly say she has done a fabulous job!!! I wasn’t exactly sure what a gloss treatment would do but Ruby explained and then recommended the gloss colour to elevate the balayage I had 6 weeks ago! It has really made my hair look so refreshed.. she even topped up my roots with colour so the hair looks so fresh again. I love coming her both Ruby and Jess are amazing at what they do but also make you feel so at home x Thanks girls xx

Jess pays great attention to detail and has created a thoughtful, calming space at her salon. She did a great job of my hair. She noted the images of hairstyles I showed her and explained the best way of cutting my hair to achieve the look I was after! No one has ever done that before. I also needed good hair products and a new hair dryer; Jess advised me on these. She is not hard-sell and she knows what she is talking about, and what she is doing. I also met her apprentice, Ruby, today, a lovely girl. I definitely recommend The Loft. Thank you Jess and Ruby!
