Jess and Ruby always make my day.. not just with the talent they have for giving you confidence by crafting beautiful hairstyles/colour etc; but in the way they know exactly what you need to really highlight and accentuate your whole style. I go in with an idea of what I want but come out with something I would not have thought of which is even better. Having trust in your stylists is crucial and I couldn’t have found two better than in Jess and Ruby xxx

I just want to say what an amazing salon this is! Last time I was in Jess coloured my hair but this time Ruby did my gloss treatment and blow dry and I can honestly say she has done a fabulous job!!! I wasn’t exactly sure what a gloss treatment would do but Ruby explained and then recommended the gloss colour to elevate the balayage I had 6 weeks ago! It has really made my hair look so refreshed.. she even topped up my roots with colour so the hair looks so fresh again. I love coming her both Ruby and Jess are amazing at what they do but also make you feel so at home x Thanks girls xx

Mel is absolutely amazing at what she does! I'm not used to getting my hair and make up done but she was so patient with me and explained everything as she went along. I was over the moon with the result and got so many lovely compliments from people at the event I went to. Jess pays great attention to detail and has created a thoughtful, calming space at her salon. She did a great job of my hair. She noted the images of hairstyles I showed her and explained the best way of cutting my hair to achieve the look I was after! No one has ever done that before. I also needed good hair products and a new hair dryer; Jess advised me on these. She is not hard-sell and she knows what she is talking about, and what she is doing. I also met her apprentice, Ruby, today, a lovely girl. I definitely recommend The Loft. Thank you Jess and Ruby!

Ruby treated my hair with Kerastase with morning. She explained the treatment really well and was meticulously during the process - my hair is already much calmer, thank you! 💕
