I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I’ve been to multiple places in Plymouth to get my acrylics done and usually always left a little disappointed by the result. I left my appointment today with the best nails I’ve ever had! I love them so much! By far the best salon in Plymouth :)

I had such a lovey and relaxing massage. I chose an Indian head massage. Nadia made me feel super comfortable and I felt less stressed. She used some lovely smelling oil and got rid of my knots. I would highly recommend. I shall be coming back for a full back massage next time! Thank you so much! 😊

I booked for a signature head spa and my god I felt amazing afterwards scalp, face and shoulders feels amazing I would highly recommend. The staff made us feel so welcome they was absolutely lush! We will defo be coming back

Ruby is a skilled and intuitive therapist. I went in with severe neck and shoulder pain, and her holistic approach targeted the tension perfectly. She was highly attentive to my comfort and areas of discomfort. I left feeling completely relaxed.

Wow!! Japanese Head Spa, was my first experience, a little nervous as didn't know what to expect. I was put at ease and the professionalism was top notch, I didn't want the experience to end. I cant rate these guys enough, an amazing atmosphere and friendly. The perfect place to wind down, chill and relax. Treat yourself to some "you" time, i promise you won't regret it! Hayley is the best nail technician I’ve ever had - 12 years in London using some of what were dubbed the best salons and she’s head and shoulders above them! I always have a great experience at Ugly Betty’s - great staff, well priced, clean and super friendly. Highly recommend for anyone in Plymouth trying to find a one stop shop!

Rejuvenated skin facial today with Michelle so pleased with my skin results following my treatment today my skin was glowing/refreshed treatment by Michelle received within her new salon location at Hyde Park Plymouth lovely decor which has peaceful energy vibe I personally found the environment very relaxing. I highly advise a visit if you want to unwind.

I cannot recommend Sandra enough! She did my bridal makeup and my bridesmaid’s, and we were absolutely blown away. She listened carefully to what we wanted and created beautiful, flawless looks that made us feel confident and glamorous while still looking like ourselves. The makeup lasted perfectly all day and night, and we received so many compliments. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she also brought such energy, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so special!
