The massage and cupping from Rachel is essential in keeping me training pain-free. She is responsive and understands to where i have experienced tightness and DOMS and even finds and works on troublesome areas before I knew about them myself! “I had a 60-minute shoulder, back & neck massage and it was fantastic. Ewelina checked in about the pressure, found all the tight spots in my shoulders and upper back, and worked them out without it being painful. The space was clean, calm, and professional. I felt noticeably looser afterward. Highly recommend. This is my 2nd massage with Ewelina and I’m just about to book my 3rd

First time visiting this massage therapist and she is amazing. Her technique and skill is perfect. Highly recommend her if you are struggling with tight and sore muscles. A 5 star review isn't high enough. Had an hour deep tissue massage and will definitely be going again. Thankyou very much Una.
