Opted for a breathing space treatment during my pregnancy and came out feeling very relaxed. Really liked that there was an option to have the upper back and shoulder massage leaning forward rather than on my side as it allows you to breathe more deeply. The aromatherapy blend was lovely to breathe in during the massage. Perfect treatment to ease the pregnancy congestion! Many thanks!

Charlotte was amazing , truly the best massage I have ever had. Being heavily pregnant is so uncomfortable, but she made sure I was completely comfortable throughout and really listened to what I needed. The retreat is beautiful and welcoming, in a great location with easy parking, which makes the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I left feeling incredibly grateful and relaxed. I was so comfortable with Trish, conversation flowed, the massage was extremely relaxing whilst working out some kinks. Trish was always checking that the pressure was ok and made me feel extremely relaxed. Will definitely book again and highly recommend.
