Louise has created a little haven of relaxation and tranquility! I've been for reflexology and massages and cannot speak highly enough of how great they were. From the moment you arrive, her little studio smells incredible to the moment your done with an Elderflower water, she really does go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend and already looking forward to my next appointment xx

Can’t recommend Chelle enough! She’s been such a massive help to me through my recovery from surgery last year to my twin pregnancy this year with her amazing massages and advice ♥️. Chelle always makes you feel so welcome and comfortable while you’re there and amazing by the time you’re leaving! Would definitely recommend the pregnancy massage to any mums to be - can’t wait to get back in for some reflexology soon!

Another absolutely fabulous session with Giovanna! Second Reflexology & Reiki treatment this evening and I feel so much better already. Dealing with chronic stress, pain, fatigue and stomach issues that have not been helped much medically. Amazing experience! First time doing reflexology and i will definitely be back. Aisling is such a lovely person and provides such an unbelievable experience!

Brenda is the best holistic therapist I have ever attended. None of her peers are able to match the therapeutic level of Brenda’s reflexology sessions. Always a pleasure visiting and would highly recommend. 5 stars++.

First time with Debbie and will not be the last. Best back and neck massage I have ever had, all the benefits of a deep tissue but with the care and attention of a holistic massage. The reflexology was wonderful and the custom blended massage oil was a lovely touch. Thank you Debbie, really relaxing and calming experience.

Amazing as always I love the bio energetic massage I always feel balanced afterwards and the reflexology eases the aches and pains a lovely experience as ever giovanna works wonders

I had an amazing reflexology session! I left feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and lighter in my whole body. Marina is skilled, intuitive, and creates such a calming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The reflexology treatment was very good and I felt very relaxed by the time I was leaving!

I had 2 treatments this week and I thoroughly enjoyed. The reflexology with martina was amazing so relaxing that I actually fell asleep and this is definitely what I needed. Thank you both for 2 lovely treatments!
