I had both facial and foot reflexology with Annette and she was incredible from start to finish. She was so attentive and created such a calming, welcoming space. Not only is she highly skilled, but she also has a lovely, caring presence and was a great listening ear. I felt completely relaxed and refreshed afterwards — it was exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be making this a regular appointment. Highly recommend! 🥰

This cold weather has been playing up my 2 year old ankle injury. Struggling to walk more that 2k steps a day. Great foot reflexology session yesterday and so far I'm on 8600 steps. Bit of sunshine and foot reflexology is doing wonders.

Visited Lou for a few sports massages to get me ready for my first Cardiff half marathon this coming weekend! Both wonderful experiences and will be continuing to see Lou moving forward as I continue my running journey!

I have chronic pain with nerve damage. The affected muscles from my ‘bad’ foot and leg had repeating spasms and cramps which severely limited my mobility. The therapist tailored the reflexology massage to relieve the tension on my ‘bad’ leg and foot especially. The spasms and cramps have gone and my legs are more relaxed. Thank you very much.

Lovely clean place & the staff are so friendly. I had reflexology, facial & massage which were all great. Jodie was very professional & made me feel well looked after.

Today’s reflexology treatment with Susan was excellent. She explained everything that was going to happen and to say if the pressure was too firm. The treatment itself was great and I left feeling very relaxed. Thank you!
