Upon going in the branch, I was freeted with friendly staff & they even offered me a hot tea. Durimg my session, Ms MJ did a good job knowing my pain points in my back. I had a good time relaxing after months! Will comeback and bring my mom & boyfriend for another session. Will probably try other services 💗

This is my second visit. I came in with my sister. I got the hot stone massage just like last time. One thing that sets this spa apart is the quality of the massage itself. In other massage places, the masseuse would just follow the routine strokes. In Naya, the masseuse (at least the 2 that were assigned to me, plus the one assigned to my sister) really gave extra attention to the sore spots (binabasag ang mga lamig sa katawan). They knew what they were doing because we came out of the massage feeling more refreshed and relaxed. Thank you, Team Naya. Will be doing this monthly from now on <3

I had such a wonderful experience during my visit. The staff were incredibly gentle and accommodating, and their warm, genuine smiles made me feel comfortable the entire time. I enjoyed all the services right down to the complimentary tea! I’ll definitely be coming back bringing friends or family.

The best therapheutic massage i got from here was from my yesterday's appointment! Ms. Shirley GOT the pain point on my lower back :) Ms. Shiley also did my facial and in the morning I had a visibly brighter skin ❤ Will be booking another session with her next time! My mom also had a great time with Ms. Andrea! Happy to have spent a spa day with my mom, will definitely go back with her :) thanks for giving us a good and relaxing time yesterday!

Today was my second session & I booked a therapeutic massage with Ms LJ again :) I have more pain now vs my first session because I attended a concert last week. It required long walks & I stood for long hours (standing area). Because of this, I had more pain points other than my back. Ms LJ was able to ease muscle tension on my back, lower back, and legs. I am planning to have a massage session monthly to ease my body pain. Ms LJ did a good job :) will come back and book other service/s also <3

The place was clean and felt really premium, the staff was attentive, and it was an overall great experience. We brought our mom here for Mother's Day and we all felt relaxed and taken care of. Girlie, Angelica, and Carol were great therapists and we didn't want the massage to end. Definitely coming back!

I had an amazing experience with Teresa, foot massage was incredibly relaxing, hitting all the right pressure points and melting away the stress I didn’t even realize I was carrying. You can tell she’s very skilled and attentive, adjusting the pressure perfectly based on what your body needs. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. Also love the vibe and smell of the spa, very relaxing and hygienic. The sheets are fresh and clean. Kudos to Ate Sally for the superb therapeutic massage!! For the facial, maybe it’s just me but I felt it was kind of rushed but I loved the head massage. Will definitely be coming back!!

Naya is such a great experience especially I'd like to compliment Anne for doing a great job. She's very polite, knows how to communicate by checking up on me if I like the pressure and not. Massage is very good, thorough, and hit the right spots. I recommend her if ever you go to this place. The spa is clean and has relaxing vibe. I like the ambiance. I think my only comment is, the bed is a bit creaky and loud that sometimes it's distracting. Overall, I had a very good experience with them and I'd definitely come back.
