Wonderful experience at my Spa Massage just outside York. Afer much online research, booked Deep Tissue Massage Treatments for Two (sister and self) at Shabby to Chic just outside York centre and were completely satisfied. Both Elise and Sarah were very professional taking pride in their work - both therapists took the time to listen as to which areas to concentrate on and the treatments were tailored accordingly. Wished we lived nearer, as were just in York for a couple of days - would like to go back on a regular basis to pursue a tailored treatment plan - can't speak highly enough!

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. I love visiting select. The staff are chilled and friendly. They don't mind who you go with for treatments as long as you're relaxed. They're highly trained & knowledgeable and happy to chat or be quiet if I'm zoned out. The facials and hot oil massages are gorgeous, but don't plan anything afterwards because you'll be so relaxed! They're brow experts. It's not easy finding people you trust who are consistently good. For electrolysis, they're the best in York, I tried 3 other places before finding Joanne. The location is easy to find and has free parking.

Another lovely luxury pedicure with Helen. My poor neglected feet are now ready for the summer! Helen has such a warm and friendly manner and puts so much attention into her beauty therapies. I have tried a few centrally located salons in York but find them rushed and overpriced for the quality of treatments and customer service. I highly recommend Helen and Haze!

I booked a 45 minute Swedish massage with Amy, and I requested firm pressure. This massage was better than the usual sports massages I get. I will be certain to book in here again during my next visit to York.

Elise was very warm and welcoming. The room is beautifully comfortable and the massage was amazing! She certainly has a knack of finding and releasing knots! I’ve already booked to go again as Elise is so good.

I had a deep tissue massage with Elise and I can honestly say it was the best massage of that type i have ever had. Elise was lovely and her room was warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this treatment if you exercise a lot and suffer with tight muscles.

Wow. What a beautiful experience. First visit to Emily but won’t be my last. I had the hot shell massage which was amazing. The shells were used to massage deeply and the result was lovely.
