Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I’ve been to multiple places in Plymouth to get my acrylics done and usually always left a little disappointed by the result. I left my appointment today with the best nails I’ve ever had! I love them so much! By far the best salon in Plymouth :)

Cathy and Shannon are always welcoming. They are so friendly and knowledgeable they make you feel completely at ease. Great to visit Ellie today; the first time that I have seen the new premises! Ellie was very welcoming and we discussed what would look better for my eyebrows. Last year they were microbladed and I was returning for a top up. However, Ellie suggested that this time I had a powder brow done. I completely trusted her judgement and glad I did.
