Came in to experience the BV Signature Pedi. Had a wonderful and relaxing experience. The staff is extremely professional and inviting. The space is beautiful and clean. My service was so relaxing. It was my first waterless pedicure, and nothing short of fantastic. I was so happy I decided to get a manicure as well. Will definitely be back! Thank you Bellaviva!

This was the first time receiving this type of manicure and I love how my nails turned out. Aliona is a perfectionist and that's needed with nails. I always do french manicures and I chose the wrong pink for my skin tone and wish I would have chose clear like I usually do and they would have been perfect. I will be coming back!!

Overall good experience, but technician is slow and sometimes takes too much skin off during manicure which is painful. Hope they can bring back soaking the cuticles again to help.

I'd never had an e-file pedi and was a bit skeptical. I'm sold now. My feet are smoother than any water pedi I have EVER had. I am only in Chicago every 3 months but I'll save my Pedi's for when I visit since they do not offer them where I live.

Amazing Russian manicure

I read some reviews on a West Loop Facebook page that this place was great and I thought I’d give it a try. The style of manicure pedicure is unique and referred to as a Russian manicure. It was the best manicure pedicure I’ve ever had. They have a very relaxing environment and one on one service. You will not be disappointed.

Silviya was absolutely fantastic. I had scheduled an appointment with her for nails for my best friends wedding and she NAILED my idea. I haven’t had a manicure this good in so long!
