The owner was there and she was very informative and detail oriented which was helpful. Burned 800 calories in 30 minutes cardio. The 15minutr roller was very nice finnish of the workout. Highly recommend!

I wasn't sure what to expect when arriving but I had a really great workout! The owner is so nice and helpful, I tried a little bit of everything and really liked all the machines. I burned so many calories and will definitely be incorporating this into my normal workout routine!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I needed a Lymphatic Drainage and was skeptical to use the equipment because it looks intimidating but I am glad that I did. This place is amazing and they truly listen to your concerns and see to resolve them. The owner is so hands on and patient. Beautiful and clean, a new innovation small community business. The owner was so friendly and welcoming. I tried the massage roller for my lymphatic concerns, I have yet to see a different, I do feel a little sore around my legs. Of course it’ll take more than just one try. So I will be going back. She offers so much more on how you can improve your overall health and body.

My first experience will not be my last. I loved the place, the workout and the personal attention I got. Since it was my first time, I had a lot of questions, wanting to understand what I am doing and why I am doing it. I left feeling like I can fly and I could feel SOMETHING GOOD happening in my body. I am interested in cellulite treatments and every minute in that GYM is well spend because the red lights and vacum amplify your workout so it's perfect for busy people, you get more done in less time... I will be back, I believe it will make a difference just where I need it.
