Despite me not properly making my booking, Lorraine was incredible at doing a quick patch while waiting for a client. She helped me book for the next day (today) at the same time and did a fantastic job with my nails. Not only does she have amazing attention to detail, but the conversations were wholesome and SO enjoyable at such an early time of the day! I actually started my Tuesday so joyfully!
