Customer service was good. The physical appearance is good. Things I will always remember. 1. Chai tea 2. The heated massage bed 3. My massage. I work in the hospitality industry, and that makes me very critical of service. I rated the service as good because I know it can be better; however, I will be back when next I visit Mandeville.

Awesome is an understatement. My cousins and I booked a spa day for our mothers for mother's day. The place doesn't just look welcoming and relaxing, IT IS! When mi seh spick n spang, u know weh mi mean. They said the massage was THE BOMB! All tension gone, they slept really well that night. Manicure and pedicure was very well done. The team is very professional and super nice. They followed up to make sure we remembered the appointment and the time. If u want King n Queen treatment, visit Spa Blu. You couldn't ask for a better spa, trust me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
