I had a great experience overall and my hair turned out exactly as expected. My hair was done by Sheena, and I felt confident knowing that Raquel prioritizes neat, quality braids. I got butt length knotless boho, which is very time consuming, but the results were worth it. I’ve received many compliments, even when wearing it up in a bun. The service is also cost effective for the quality and length. One star was deducted only because the appointment started later than scheduled. I was happy with the result and would definitely recommend!
