I struggle with cluster tension headaches from time to time and was desperate for relief one Saturday, about 2 years ago. The physio was fully booked and I then stumbled upon Asian Blend Spa in Porterfield Road, Blouberg. It was the best find! Bella’s massages are the best I’ve ever had. No one has ever worked my tight, intricate neck muscles the way she has. She is so gifted, intuitive and thorough at what she does and far outweighs any other massage I’ve had at many great establishments. Whether you need relief from a headache or just a massage for relaxation, I highly recommend Bella.

Just had to share my experience — I went in for a deep tissue massage, foot reflexology, and a full mani-pedi with gel nails and nail art, and everything was amazing! The massage was super relaxing, the reflexology felt great, and my nails came out so cute. They really paid attention to detail and made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking to treat yourself, definitely check them out. I’m already planning my next appointment!

Micarla's attention to detail is incredible. She truly goes out of her way to make you comfortable and give you the best nails. Her quality is also the best that I've experienced. Not a single nail that lifts or chips. I once had a 7 week regrowth and it still looked perfect (bar the regrowth).

I have had a pedi, a mani, eyelash extensions, facial aesthetic treatments a massage and a facial. I am handled with such care and professionalism on every appointment. Thank you Janice and team at Toned and Polished for delivering excellent customer service. The salon is clean and hygienic and there is a sense of peace and calmness whenever I come in.
