Yet again a lovely experience. The receptionists/managers always offer a warm welcome and a beverage. Thank you Oretha for your gentleness as well as sociability! It was such a good atmosphere being amongst many of the nail techs and having a laugh with them. Oretha gave great advice on my nail health going forward. She was attentive and gentle, yet when it came to the hand massage - AMAZING! Cannot recommend this salon enough. Currently not too busy due to them still being relatively new to the block.

The best experience, staff extremely friendly and made to feel really special while getting my nails done. Would definitely go back and have appointment booked already for my next visit. It’s a beautiful place. I like my nail tech’s calm personality. I appreciate that you are on Fresha, it makes bookings so simple and easy because I often had to wait for a salon to confirm booking. I do think you can offer complementary tea/coffee/bubbly/water with mint/lemon like similar priced salons in the neighbourhood. Thanks for having me Carmen

Hazel did my set and she is great as always , lovely lady with great work . I just had an issue with the lady at the reception where after I paid for my set I suggested that it would be nice for the nail technicians to put lotion on your hands after a new set like the other nail salons and the receptionist said “we do if you ask” but like shouldn’t that be a standard where the nail techs put lotion on your hands after a new set and not having to ask ? ?. I just found her response or her attitude not quiet friendly
