I had a good experience at this salon. I spent a few hours there and everything was very enjoyable. The hammam was excellent very relaxing and well done. The massage was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, really impressive. I also had a manicure, pedicure and hair drying, all done properly The only small point is that the facilities could use a bit of refreshing. Some walls were slightly damaged, and the areas where steam and water come out could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Overall, the service was great

It was my first experience today i got a pedicure and manicure + nail art with helen and it was amazing!! Everything was perfect except that there was a technical issue and the timing wasn’t very accurate I had to wait 35 minutes past my appointment I’d appreciate better time management next time But overall everything was great and the reception staff were so nice and sweet they dealt with the situation very kindly coming again

All the staff are professional and friendly! The hair artist, Amal, does a great job with colour. She explained the science of hair colouring for me and a process to fix my damaged hair (from too dark of colouring). She has given me tips on how to care for my hair at home, too. I have been getting many compliments on my hair recently…people have thought I had my hair done out of the country! She does a great job with both Arab hair (see Instagram for photos) as well as European hair (my hair). For those who like warm water for hair washing, this is a great place for that, too! Highly recommend

A truly well rounded, amazing experience at Lou Beauty Lounge. From the environment to the service provided to the lovely staff, everything seamlessly integrated into a peaceful relaxing experience, I’m craving again!! The service was very meticulous and well done. I got the best manicure pedicure of my life!! The music was not too loud, the temperature was just right and everyone was accommodating, friendly and positive vibes all around!!!! The receptionist was a sweetheart!
