I had the most wonderful sculpting facial with Elsa. My skin feels plump, lifted, and has such a healthy glow. I’ve noticed a huge improvement already! Elsa was amazing, so informative, kind, and understanding throughout. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, especially the face and shoulder massage, which melted all my tension away. Outstanding thread lift procedure carried out by Sarah who is not just pleasant, polite and professional but more importantly, a highly skilled aesthetician! She kept me informed throughout the entire process and was constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and pain free. I left feeling incredibly pleased with the results. I’m currently in london for exams and decided to look for the nearest place that offers waxing. Found this one and booked in, Btissam was the therapist and she was so lovely and cheerful. Stacey was absolutely lovely and made me feel so relaxed. We had a really nice chat while she worked and I was struck by her professionalism. My eyebrow wax was one of the most comfortable I’ve had thanks to her gentle hands. I also had a lash lift and hybrid brows and the results were fantastic. As someone with darker skin and oily skin, the brow colour can be tricky to get right but it came out perfect. They clearly cater for all skin types and tones, which is very reassuring. I’ll definitely be back.

Dr. Eldimarys Curry-Machado has a wonderful new little facility in Crystal Palace. I was a client of hers for several years in Harley Street and have decided to travel to Crystal Medica instead because her personal dedication to her clients and private facility really make it worth the trip. The centre provides several cosmetic and beauty options including hydro facial, CO2 laser, radiofrequency, micro needling, botox, PRP, wrinkle treatments, threading, peels, IV drips, and so much more. I really recommend booking in a consultation.

I had a great experience with Anita doing laser thread vein treatment and would definitely recommend her.

Great experience at Apple and Eve as always. I’ve been coming for a few years to do electrolysis with Jacquie (one of the few places left in London which still do it!), and she always does an excellent job. It’s not a pain free procedure but I’m always made to feel as comfortable as possible, taking breaks when necessary etc. The treatment always works well and I never had any problems after.

Alanna is absolutely beautiful and I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants anything done she’s honest and doesn’t try to get you to do anything you don’t need I had threads done with her many times always come away looking so good just had them done yesterday and I’m so happy with them my face looks tighter and brighter thank you Alanna love terri xxx

Wendy is fantastic, she listens to you and does what you want, I like a really natural, just freshen up look and she is the best for this, I wouldn't trust anyone else. If you want a natural but uplifted treatment don't hesitate, she also only uses the highest quality products available.
