I recently had the 60-minute Deep Bespoke Facial with Lauren , and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As a mum of four, a bit of peace and time to myself is all I ever ask for, and this treatment gave me exactly that!! The whole experience was so relaxing and personalised to my skin’s needs. My skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, glowing, and so soft afterwards . You can really tell how much care, attention, and knowledge goes into the treatment . Not only did I leave feeling pampered, but I also felt completely recharged mentally. The atmosphere was perfect !

Everything is personalised, from carefully selecting the right treatment for my skin on the day to adjusting the bed set-up to accommodate low blood pressure and pregnancy. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always explains what she’s doing and why. I leave every appointment feeling refreshed and glowing.

Charlotte is a fantastic lash tech; every visit is wonderful and homely, it’s like catching up with a sister! I recently had my first-ever lip filler treatment with Charlotte and couldn't be happier with my experience. I had the 1.1ml Signature Lip treatment, and from the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Charlotte was so kind, friendly, and reassuring, explaining the procedure, aftercare, and every step in detail. She was incredibly gentle throughout the treatment and constantly checked that I was okay. I absolutely love my results and will definitely be returning for a top-up. I couldn't recommend Charlotte more highly!
