Had my first hypnotherapy session with Karen today, I was very anxious as wasn’t sure what to expect but I hadn’t of needed to be as Karen was brilliant and put me at ease quickly. The treatment room was perfectly set and really calming and Karen was nothing but extremely professional. At the start of my session Karen explained everything that would happened and listened tentatively to my reasons for wanting to give hypnotherapy a try. I am booked in for another session and am really looking forward to my future sessions.

Wow Sylvia was truly amazing! I go for a massage every 6-8 weeks and I think this was my best yet. First time with Sylvia and she noticed I had tight hips from gym training before even telling her. I felt super relaxed during the massage.

I experience ongoing shoulder and neck pain, so I regularly have deep tissue massages to help manage it. Nikki was absolutely brilliant. Lisa is an excellent hypnotherapist/NLP practitioner she is really helping me with stubborn, long standing insomnia . She is very professional, responsive and super supportive. Her sessions are supplemented by very useful recordings. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience of hypnotherapy and it was truly wonderful! I felt totally present and calm throughout, Kirsten talked me through the process and set me totally at ease. It’s nothing like the hypnotherapy you might have seen on tv… you are in total control, can move if you need to and I likened it to that calming end to a meditative yoga session Very relaxing and I feel lighter and brighter since leaving my session.
