I’ve visited Luke twice for Botox and lip filler, and both times has been a hugely positive experience. He’s incredibly professional and gentle- I’ve been to other practitioners before, but I’ve never felt so comfortable and at ease🩷 I really appreciate that he gives honest advice and doesn’t just recommend more for the sake of it. I’ll definitely be returning to him for all my future aesthetic treatments!

I had a physiotherapy consultation and treatment with Shahana for my sciatica, and the experience was very professional. The physiotherapist was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic team were welcoming and friendly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

This place is amazing. It was my first time in a spa and having a pedicure. Dia is a warm and friendly person who put me at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. I highly recommend them.

Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The heated bed was an unexpected treat—I think I even dozed off a few times! The space was spotless, beautifully scented, and wonderfully cosy against the miserable London weather. I’m excited to see my results and start using my new products. I’ve already booked my follow-up Bespoke Facial. Highly recommend—Siân is amazing

Another lovely visit to my fave London clinic, this time to have my first ever skin peel. It was a lovely treatment, no discomfort whatsoever. Dr Katharine explained everything that she was doing along the way and I left feeling like I had a relaxing Facial! After just one treatment (and immediately after!) my skin feels smooth and clean, looks soo much brighter and my pores minimised! #glowing thank you!!!!

I could not recommend Cornell enough - he made me feel so comfortable and cared for, and the improvement of my lower leg injury after just one hour is incredible. I have never been to a physio before and had no expectations but have walked away feeling in a much better position, with tips and exercises too to maintain my recovery. I saw him in dr stretch in hackney, which was a really calming and private space and easy to find. 10/10 would recommend and a huge thank you to Cornell who was so lovely and supportive.

Absolutely fantastic! I had a wonderful experience at Urban Therapy and will definitely be back. Nat, my therapist, had magic hands and helped me fully unwind from the hustle and bustle of London life. Highly recommend!

Luke is knowledgeable and informative. He asks questions, gives recommendations, and displays professionalism throughout the appointment. I see Luke on my trips to London and highly recommend him.

I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I’d highly recommend David to anyone dealing with shoulder pain or physio treatment in general.

I had an excellent Swedish massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which helped me relax straight away. The massage itself was fantastic — the pressure was just right, and every movement felt thoughtful and professional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality massage. One of the best massages in London! I’ve been struggling with back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by my office work, which had been affecting my sleep for months.
