Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

Farah has helped me with my leg, she gave me lots of information throughout the treatment so that I could understand what she was doing and why. I was also sent some physio exercises to do between treatments, these have really helped. Thank you

The sports massage was above expectations. Bilal was very informative and explained things really well. Definitely worked hard to remove muscle tension and some stubborn knots. Feeling a bit tender today but I know will be worth it. I Highly recommend, and will be back.

Having cavitation with Kelly, feel really good and can see improvement in lower belly apron looking more defined, Kelly also discuses honestly what I could do with to get the results I'm looking for she puts you at ease and is honest about results, will be trying more treatments soon reasonable prices so going to pamper myself, if you are thinking of having treatments please go to Kelly and Scott they are brilliant. I love my sessions I brought a block booking package I had my 5 body sculpture session on Wednesday it was fantastic and raisha is amazing answers all my questions she is just amazing I love going to practice I. Birmingham

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

I had a wonderful HiFu facial today at the lovely Active Clinic in Birmingham. My skin already looks lifted and I will continue to see improvements for the next 30-60 days so really looking forward to that.

Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.
