I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

Although I was having waxing, it was relaxing and comfortable. Chanelle works quickly with great results. The rooms are clean and tidy and there is always pleasant music to listen to.

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail and beauty salon! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional, and I was made to feel welcome and relaxed throughout my visit. I had a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow treatment, and a massage, and every treatment was carried out to the highest standard. Esme was absolutely amazing! Been going to Kerry for nails and brows for about 18 months now and wouldnt go anywhere else. Its a pamper and therapy session all in one. Now able to get my botox and filler with Kerry also which is great going to one person for all treatments. Have built a great bond over the last 18 months and always come away feeling brand new.
