booked a cut and blowdry with heidi and she was absolutely amazing!! 🩷🩷 she really listened to what i wanted and made sure to check if i was happy with the cut. she was so friendly which made me feel at ease. my whole appointment felt really relaxed and she also replied to my queries fast prior to the appointment which was really helpful and admirable 🥹✨ honestly, my hair turned out even better than i envisioned and this made my day! absolutely loved the lovely bouncy finish and would definitely recommend heidi to everyone! 😍

Caitlin is the best hairdresser my partner and I have ever had. She is always friendly and chatty and a few times has been really flexible when I couldn't make it. Caitlin is the only hairdresser I have been to for four years and is a great ambassador for the business! As we are leaving Leicester, I can only say that we will miss her deeply

Willing to drive 150 miles round trip from Barnsley to Leicester just for Vito! They are a brilliant stylist who works wonders with my wild hair.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. I had my hair cut and styled By Olivia and she did an awesome job, I am super happy. Would recommend!

After passing through every barber in leicester for nearly 5 year, I was always left dissatisfied. Now it is safe to say that I have found one barber who gave me the most quality haircut ever. Blake is the best barber in Leicester.

Had a huge change from blonde to auburn today, Shannon smashed it as usual, it looks amazing, colours stunning and was styled perfectly afterwards too! Always leave feeling like a new person! Highly recommended !

It was such a lovely experience having my tapes fitted by Heidi, I left the chair so pleased with my hair and the way she’s styled it. Honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. 🖤

Visited this salon for the first time today. All of the staff were polite and professional and the atmosphere was great - very welcoming! Mati, my stylist, cut and styled my hair beautifully. Thank you!

Coming from Canada it was hard to find a barber. However I got lucky I found this place. Pablo always delivers and makes the experience great. The best barbershop in Leicester. Pablo and Kutz have set the standard high. 10/10

Was a lovely visit, nicely treated and kept checking if I was okay .. felt treated well after receiving a drink and got my hair done. Used good products in my hair and was asked how I wanted it styled. Katy was absolutely amazing and the other stylist in the salon at the time was really nice too (saffy)

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Such an amazing experience as usual! Had a lovely catch up and she worked a miracle on my hair! Tape removal, full head of highlights and lowlights, toner, wash, cut, blow dry, tapes fitted and styled, she really is the best, highly recommended!

Booked in for a bouncy blowdry and it looked amazing!! Heidi was so comforting and accommodating as it was my first blowdry. She was interested in asking me about myself which made me feel a lot more confident in the salon. Would highly recommend her, 10/10 hair dresser x
