Really great visit to the salon yesterday. There’s always a warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and great vibe with the music. Alix as always superbly looked after me with refreshments and took great care over my hair and ensuring the choice of colour was right for me and only on the right amount of time. Lovely smelling treatments and a great blow dry afterwards. I’m super delighted with my hair and looking forward to going back.

I had a wash cut and blow-dry with Neesey today. I've previously had a lot of bad experiences with hairdressers and was really nervous with my new years resolution to start going to hairdressers again. Neesey was absolutely amazing explaining every step of what she was doing and why and made me feel a lot less nervous. I plan on coming back in 8 weeks time and getting rid of my fobia of hairsalons which was made easier by my experience today. Thanks Neesey 🙂

Jodie did a fantastic job on my hair! So pleased with the cut, treatment that was recommended & the bouncy blowdry finish! Such a great experience on my first trip to the salon, belated birthday treat!😊 it’s safe to say I’ll definitely be returning as a regular customer! Experience was amazing I don't know how it was possible to book one day in advance but I'm very grateful Got a cut and blow dry from Robyn who did an amazing job, will be returning

Phoebe is always amazing! She listens to what I want and understands my needs plus gives great advice and tips on how to maintain my specific hair type. The head and neck massage while having my hair washed and conditioned feels incredible and the blow dry is very relaxed making my whole experience enjoyable. I always feel so happy with the end result too thank you!!

it was my first time visiting The Guild Rooms for a treatment for myself. I booked in for a bouncy blow dry with Neesey, and I will definitely book again! I asked for it to be pin curled as my hair doesn’t hold very well, Neesey made sure all pins were secure and the end result was beautiful! Neesey was also so fun to talk too, I think I laughed through the whole appointment! Great fun, great curls… all in all a happy customer.

Fantastic, cut and blow dry. Always a nice atmosphere at the Hair Room. Very relaxing. All the ladies at the Hair Room have cut my hair at some point and they are all excellent.
