Had the most amazing experience with Sophie today. She achieved exactly what I wanted and was so sweet and friendly. This is why I always wait till I’m back in Leeds from north wales to get my hair cut. Grays is always the best!

Wouldn’t go to any other hairdresser in Leeds, I tried once as Libby was booked up and I’ve now learnt to never go to anyone else but Libby! Knows what I wanted and did just that and I love my hair!! As it had been a few months due to lockdown I had a collie on when I said I wanted to go Blonde at the ends Libby told me her personal opinion as my hair wasn’t in the best condition on the ends and Libby wanted to make sure we wasn’t going to do further damage and took that into consideration Thank you Libby!

After not being able to wash my hair due a broken shower, I easily booked an appointment at Headhouse at short notice for a blowdry. Rheanna was lovely, and did exactly what I wanted! The salon itself had a friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere, with everyone in the salon chatting and joking. I’ll definitely be back in the future. Thank you! Amy x

So glad I tried this place! I find it difficult to find a salon that doesn't make me feel out-of-place or overwhelmed by noise, lights, people and smells (I'm neurodivergent), but Grays gives a sense of space that feels safe and inclusive. Nikkie has cut and styled my hair twice now, and I've loved it both times. Always great nattering about how ace dogs are, too! I'll definitely be back.

Erin was lovely. She did a great job of my hair. I've recently had knee surgery and was desperate for my hair doing and to feel normal. She did more than that. I've already booked to go back to see her again in 2 weeks.

Amazing experience the salon as an ambiance that makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Ashprit who was also amazing and professional did a nasal wax , eyebrow shaping and tint then to be a little bit different I had my toenails polished in black . I will be going back and will be spreading the word to all my friends of just how good this was and the price was ultra reasonable and I think a lot better than other places I’ve seen. Amy is amazing, she cut my hair which was thin and awful. And she had revived its life and also guided me on how to style it now it's thinner. The next week she cut my daughters hair her first proper cut and she did amazing with her and made her feel comfortable and listened to. Will most definitely visit again. Thabk you Luxe!

Unbelievable service and can’t recommend enough. I was admittedly nervous as I’ve never done any colours or even shaped my hair before getting a balayage & hair cut. Charley knew this and made sure that I was comfortable, and used her expertise and experience within hair to not only make me feel at ease, but also took great care with my hair.
