Love this place!! Both myself (to Donna) and my daughter (to Paige) have our hair coloured and styled here and neither of us has ever left looking anything but totally gorgeous!! :0) Everyone is lovely and welcoming from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Both Donna and Paige really listen to what you want, and constantly check if you're happy. My daughter can be a little indecisive, but Paige is really patient with her, and goes slowly in order to achieve what my daughter wants. Donna is a perfectionist, and I never leave with a hair out of place! Totally recommend

Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Chris is very welcoming, following all the government he listens to how you would like your hair styled and truthfully advices you if the style is appropriate for your hair. I would highly recommend him.

As always Harps is very good at what she does. I’ve been getting full body waxes from her since last year and she’s the least painful waxed I’ve had but also the most affective. Harps has also been very informative during my pregnancy and helped me to understand my hair growth and helped me sort a new routine for my waxes during pregnancy. Not only are harps’ waxes good but I had a pedicure today which almost put me to sleep it felt so comforting. My feet feel brand new which is saying a lot as my feet were very dry and hard.

Diane is wonderful! She is excellent at what she does. I have been suffering from extreme hair loss, and thanks to her expertise, no one can tell that I'm wearing a hair topper it looks completely natural. I’ve had a Hollywood wax before but this was my first time with Harps. I felt really comfortable during my appointment and it didn’t hurt as much as I thought it was! She was very gentle, would recommend!!
