I’ve been going to Jeoin since I moved to Singapore in 2023. I have very curly hair, and despite the fact that hers is naturally straight, she always cuts it like she’s a naturally curly-haired person. She listens to my wants, provides me her guidance and opinions, and then cuts away. I’ve always walked away a satisfied customer loving my new look. The salon is great and very centrally located in the Tanglin area. They offer scalp and shoulder massages and beverages, as part of their service. I would highly recommend Trimmings and Jeoin if you’re in need of a cut or new stylist.

As always, a flawless experience with Ray. Today was a total remodel, going from very long to jaw length which was executed to perfection. Brilliant. Small, intimate salon with a friendly welcome. Ayumi was my stylist for today - welcome to Singapore! Thank you for being kind, patient and professional. Like the rest of the staff, there was no hard-selling and no small talk initiated (though i did so, of my own volition), which makes it a great environment for introverts like me. I was visiting Singapore and wanted to get a haircut + highlights, Sankakkei is close to Chintown and a very convenient location, most importantly they open early at 8a and had appointments available. Erica was wonderful, super sweet and very professional, gave me solid recommendation for highlight color and was very friendly and easy to work with. I would’ve spend more in the US but gotten half of the service, and I was super happy with my cut and color!!

im korean. As a Korean, I’ve been to many nail salons and luxury aesthetics places, but this is one of the best experiences I’ve had in Singapore. Very professional, systematic, detailed, and efficient. When doing two treatments, two therapists work together so the time is used very efficiently. I’m actually a very picky person, but the quality and retention were so good that I signed a package after just one session. Highly recommend 🤍 Also… the restroom is very clean 😂 Looking forward to trying more treatments here!

Definitely my favourite go to hair salon in Singapore! Peaceful, comfortable & relaxing environment. I always & only do my natural rebonding and hair treatment with them. Hairstylist Cherrie did an amazing job cutting my thick hair too. As usual, I dozed off multiple times (because I was so comfortable) but she is patient and gentle in working through my hair without waking me up.

I had my last haircut in Japan and I was looking for a reputable Japanese Hair Salon in Singapore. Chance upon Flamingo Salon and upon reading all the reviews I decided to give them a try. My hair stylist is Ryu and he speaks fluent English. Hence, communication with him is not an issue. My hair was short to begin with and all I needed was a trim to balance the hair length while I grow them out. Mind you! Even though it was just a trim, he made my hair look like a brand new hairstyle, much sleeker and I totally love it. Highly recommend this place and Ryu!
