Rachel was super friendly and the whole area was cosy. During the whole process, it was super comfortable as well. The lashes did not hurt like my previous ones! Overall, I had a great experience over at Ciao Lashes!!

I had two chipped nails from the previous manicure I did with peony. I initially thought I had to pay for the full express service to redo the entire thing. But the staff expertly just re-did a portion of the nail in a jiffy and it was as good as new. WHILE I was doing my eyelashes. She didn’t charge me for it as well. Truly appreciative of the great post-sale service

Nana is a very experienced brow specialist. She took her time designing my eyebrows to my liking and never once during the process she was rushing. She was extremely patient and meticulous during the embroidery process and made sure that the brows turn out perfect. Highly recommended, thank you NNstudio!

Rachel is very meticulous and professional lash tech who works her magical hands to deliver beautiful lash crafts. The setting of the shop is cosy and has reclining sofa for utmost comfort where we can have a nap during the session and wake up to beautiful lashes that receive compliments. She has a very bubbly personality where we can chat and burst into laughters that helps unwind after a long day at work. Highly recommend!!

I always look forward to having my lashes done at Ciao Lashes by Rachel. Not only is she friendly and patient but skilful and meticulous in her work. As you enter the salon, you are greeted with a huge flower wall that sets you into the right mood to indulge in beauty therapy. Relaxing in the big, comfy lounge chair that doubles down into a bed, air-conditioning at a cool temperature, lovely lounge music playing in the background never fails to lull me into a nap while Rachel works her magic! Perfect looking lashes and a blissful experience always!

Wasn't satisfied with my previous embroidery done by other artist so i decided to come here and give it a try. Surprisingly, the results was way better than what i thought. I'm very satisfied and happy with the brows she did! Will definitely come back and look for her again! Highly recommended👍🏻😊
