Cat, as always, has given me perfect nails that last and last. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Don’t bother with the millions of “nail bars” around. It was a revelation the first time I went to Elite Retreat, and Cat did my nails. An all round better experience and quality/expertise.

I recently had a microneedling treatment and I’m now post treatment day 4. The procedure itself was straightforward — slightly uncomfortable in places, but manageable. Kim was professional, explained each step clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. After the session, my skin was quite red for about 24–48 hours, similar to a mild sunburn, but Kim reassured me that I wouldn’t look like a tomato forever (just for about 24 hours... and she was right). Already my skin looks fresher, smoother, and like I might actually know what “eight hours of sleep” feels like. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful facial at Cheshire Aesthetics today. The whole experience was very calming and relaxing. I can highly recommend Jade. My skin looks great, glowing and refreshed after the treatment, the massage was utterly relaxing, and Emma is so warm and friendly! I’ll definitely be back to try more treatments. A great salon!
