I recently had a treatment and a follow up review with Kim and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Kim always makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Absolutely loved my experience at The Zen Den. The atmosphere is incredibly calm and relaxing from the moment you walk in – soft lighting, peaceful music, and a warm, welcoming vibe. I had the scalp and body massage, and it was truly wonderful. The therapist was attentive and skilled, with just the right pressure to melt away tension. The scalp massage in particular was pure bliss – deeply soothing and grounding. Overall, it was a lovely and serene experience that left me feeling completely refreshed and rebalanced. The new premises are lovely. The treatment room is a quiet, cosy and relaxing space. Emma is great as always, there is parking outside the door - couldn’t get any better!
