Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! They do a great job. The pedicure is the best anywhere. However, I have an issue with the fresha gift card process. I use the website to book the reservation for the spa pedicure. It said the gift card was supplied. Then when I went to pay, it took over 10 minutes for that to pop up. It should be automatic.
