It was my first time getting a wax and facial, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish and explained everything along the way. The space is super clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing… you can tell a lot of care goes into the setup and atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already can’t wait for my next appointment! Highly recommend. 10/10 🤏🏾☺️

I had an amazing experience at Zen Eden Lounge and Spa in Montego Bay! I had a deep pore facial and microdermabrasion with Pet, and she is absolutely fantastic. She has a great sense of humor, is super easy to talk to, and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. After my treatment, she even offered me a snack and water, which was such a thoughtful touch. My skin feels incredible, and this has officially become my go-to spot every 6 weeks! Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and top-quality spa services.
