Had a great sesh with Megan today! Shes got a great vibe, calm and happy. Always makes me feel comfortable straight away. She’s super gentle, explains everything clearly. It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Instead you get leaving there filled with smiles and smooth legs.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

I sent my mother for their luxury spa package and she says it was absolutely blissful, each and every staff member encountered was kind, accommodating and seemed dedicated to ensuring total relaxation. I am in Cape Town for a short while and I walked into Jem inquiring about lashes. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who called the lash tech to talk to me. She sounded very knowledgeable so I made an appointment. I had my old ones removed and a new set done. I am very happy with my new lashes. They look beautiful and I would definately recommend Shimene.

I had an insightful consultation and then a wonderful treatment with Nancy. My skin feels refreshed and tight. I will be back :)
