Fantastic!! everytime i visit the hairdressers, I feel like it is a whole expereince. everyone is so lovely, chatty and friendly. Emily takes her time to make sure she fully understands what im asking for but also help me to maintain the health of my hair. I went from brown to bright purple with a really specific cut and I am in love. they really worked as a team to help achieve my vision. Thank you Emily and to the rest of the team

Absolutely fantastic service.. I booked a consultation re some new brows & Kelly said I didn’t need a new full set. I just needed a touch up.. She’s an honest young lady & will not take your money if something doesn’t need doing. Now had my brows done & I couldn’t be happier.. they’re perfect, Thanku . 5 star service highly recommend.

I had a bespoke facial today with Charlotte and she was absolutely amazing. We did hydro and micro needling after asking my main skin concerns. She informed me of why she had chosen each stage, the benefits and explained how each step worked. She also gave some fab longer term skin care advice! I knew I was booking with her again after about 10minutes! I can see instant results so look forward to the next few weeks!

Old pmu lazer removal! Charlotte is so professional and keeps you informed throughout lazer. Charlotte first places a cooling strip over brows before starting the removal! These strips are great. Pads on eyes and safety glasses are worn. Charlotte counts down 1 2 3 as she comes into contact to the skin with the lazer. just a slight discomfort during the lazer process. Instructions on after care. Now to go through the 8 week healing process

I have wanted lip filler for years but was always too scared. After some amazing regular treatments with the other girls here , I took the plunge with Jennifer! I had my first appointment today after a well informed consultation, and all I can say is wow! It was virtually painless, just little nips here and there . I have never felt so confident after years of insecurity. The loveliest girls I have ever met at reception, numbed me up before treatment and me off with an extensive home care kits and info. These girls are fantastic. Thank you so much for making a tired mum feel beautiful again !

My first visit to have a facial and consultation with Fenny and have already booked to go back. Fenny knows all you need to know about skin,very knowledgeable and gives great advice on what treatments will be best for your skin. My skin looks and feels so clean.

Amazing facial with Fenny, skin consultation helpful, she really listened and explained all my options and the pros and cons of the treatments and products. I came in wanting everything and she really slim lined my focus. My skin felt AMAZING afterwards, best facial ever! Thank you so much Fenny, I can’t wait for my next treatment.

What can I say!! I’m having laser hair removal with Fenny!! The treatment is amazing!! Had problems with facial hair for years !! Had to shave everyday. What an embarrassing time I’ve had. Jasmine was absolutely fantastic she listened to what I asked for and we had a brilliant consultation surrounding what i wanted to achieve. She managed to remove 13 years plus of black box hair dye whilst retaining my hairs condition and managed to take my hair colour to a light brown in the first sitting . Every member of staff on the premises were outgoing and friendly and worked collaborativly to ensure each client's needs were met. The service and treatments were outstanding! Highly recommend.
