Love my hair! Had a cut and finish and Yasmin asked me if I wanted it wavy or straight. I’ve never been asked this before in a hair salon even when paying a lot so that was really nice. I asked for it wavy and she did a super job. She was also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, asking me questions throughout and offering me a drink at the start. Great value for money too. Thank you!

I came for an initial consultation with Jennifer regarding my lips and the filler that was currently in there, she went through with what i wanted ,what I expected and the steps she would do to achieve what i wanted. I have had my lips dissolved and have had my lips filled yesterday. She is so comforting and takes her time and talks you through everything that she is doing. Its such a lovely place and everyone is so welcoming and friendly:)

Only went for a consultation but the staff were so knowledgeable, really seemed to know what they were talking about and kept it realistic, no false promises. Happy to offer help and advice, answer questions and recommend solutions. Definitely make you feel at ease, answer questions and as they state they are always happy for questions throughout, you feel supported. Amazing experience.

The process of having the hair done was wonderful. Lovely staff, fab salon, however, we discussed over 2 consultations what was wanted and the cost. Paid the money, only to find it was going to cost more. I had budgeted for what I was quoted and felt embarrassed when I had to find the extra money.

My skin felt lovely and nourished after my facial and my massage was divine! I expected to feel some improvement with my back pain, but I was impressed that much of my mid back and rib pain decreased significantly. My low back is still a mess, but it's been 2 years that I've had extreme mid and low back pain. Reducing that has been very beneficial and couldn't have come at better timing. I'm definitely looking forward to my next massage with Gaynor!
