Jenni's place is absolutely lovely – warm, cosy, and so relaxing. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and took the time to understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve. She carefully recommended the right products for my skin and explained each step of the treatment, which really put me at ease. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and such a wonderful experience. I left feeling refreshed, pampered and fully relaxed. I will definitely go to Jenni again for my next facial. recently had Profhilo treatment with Dr Naren and had a great experience. He was very professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. His injection technique was excellent, with minimal pain, which made the whole process much more comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering treatment.

I have had a treatment with Kasia before. I find her very understanding when I was explaining my issues with her. We discussed how she would approach my massage and the way forward for me after my treatment. I felt very comfortable in her company and happy to discuss my concerns with her. She explains the "why" an "what next" in an easy to understand manner. Her extensive knowledge of deep tissue massage made me feel very comfortable when it came to the massage itself.
