Jenni's place is absolutely lovely – warm, cosy, and so relaxing. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and took the time to understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve. She carefully recommended the right products for my skin and explained each step of the treatment, which really put me at ease.
