I'm so happy to have found such a convenient new doctor-led aesthetics clinic in Manchester city centre. Excellent communication & appointment coordination from Hind, she answered all my questions very promptly and thoroughly. Hind and Dr Ali were both so friendly and welcoming, and accommodating of my requests. I felt in brilliant, skilled hands with Dr Ali. His expert advice and recommendations really reassured me. It can be nerve racking going somewhere new, especially for invasive procedures, but I felt comfortable and was very happy with my treatment.

The consultation was incredibly thorough, and it was refreshing to meet someone who genuinely wanted to understand my skin before recommending any treatments. Holly is professional, knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that's easy to understand, so I felt confident in every step of my treatment. This was like the big postpartum hug I didn’t know I needed and more. Lauren was so welcoming and easy going which obviously you need to be with a newborn around! She explained what ideally would happen and made it so clear the appointment was entirely flexible around both myself and baby. The treatment itself was absolutely gorgeous, in a lush and calming environment. I instantly felt at ease and by proxy then so did my little one. I felt like Lauren was delivering the whole package with this treatment and was very intentionally caring for a new mum and her baby. A memory I’ll cherish!

I had the most amazing facial with Amy and my eyebrows done by Eliana, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! Both were incredibly professional, attentive and so detailed. Amy took her time with my facial and my skin felt absolutely amazing afterwards, so fresh, clean and glowing! Eliana did such a beautiful job with my eyebrows, paying attention to every little detail and getting the shape just right. You can really tell how passionate and dedicated they both are about what they do. I left feeling so pampered and loved the results. I would definitely recommend both Amy and Eliana !
