Grace was super friendly, knowledgeable and gentle throughout the whole treatment. I booked in for a Level 3 Facial and at every step she knew exactly what she was doing and answered any questions I had about what was going on. She tailored the treatment throughout to suit my skin needs and recommended products to use afterwards. If you’re looking for a facial in Manchester, Grace is your go-to!! Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Had an LED facial with Liv today and it was a super relaxing and luxurious treatment. I felt like my skin was in good hands as Liv had given me a skin consultation, so she knew my problem areas on my face and explained how the treatment will help it. Will be booking again soon. Thankyou so much

From the moment you walk into the clinic you know your in good hands. The team are warm & welcoming, the best thing that strikes you is none of the staff wear make up or anything false. They ultimately let the beauty & quality of their skin speak volumes for the business. I had a full skin analysis & knowledgable consultation about my skin goals. I had C02 laser for the full face. Whilst is not the most enjoyable treatment it certainly has exceptional results. Emma checks in daily with a happy morning text sharing pictures of my face’s progress. Which was above & beyond kind of service.

I’ve been having aesthetic treatments for a while but decided to go with Bella after relocating to Manchester. She was so attentive during the consultation, really took the time to listen to my concerns and make recommendations for what was best for my face. She must be a perfectionist as the appointment didn’t feel rushed, she checked in with me throughout and really executed my vision. Really happy with the results and will definitely be coming regularly to top up.

I'm so happy to have found such a convenient new doctor-led aesthetics clinic in Manchester city centre. Excellent communication & appointment coordination from Hind, she answered all my questions very promptly and thoroughly. Hind and Dr Ali were both so friendly and welcoming, and accommodating of my requests. I felt in brilliant, skilled hands with Dr Ali. His expert advice and recommendations really reassured me. It can be nerve racking going somewhere new, especially for invasive procedures, but I felt comfortable and was very happy with my treatment.

I highly recommend skin deep Manchester. I go every 4/5 weeks with my daughter and we always love how our skin looks and feels after the treatment. Very professional and very helpful with our skincare routine.

Sam done a skin consultation and had a lovely facial and extraction. My skin feels lovely and fresh after as it was very congested. She also recommended me some products based on my skin and I have booked in for another facial next month ❤️

I had a skin consultation with Callum. Callum is very knowledgeable and I found the consultation very informative. I came away with a better understanding of what my skin needs and how to incorporate small changes into my routine to benefit my skin for the long term. I also had the lymphatic drainage and infrared detox therapy, I find the suit to be so beneficial and can really see a change in my body over the last couple of days. I will definitely be returning.
